ok44 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Account, Bets & Transactions

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ok44", "we", "us", "our" refers to the ok44 platform, its operators, and their authorized representatives.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has registered an ok44 account or is accessing the ok44 website.
• "Platform" refers to the ok44 website, mobile-optimized site, any associated applications, and all services offered through those channels.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account held with ok44, identified by a unique username and mobile number.
• "Wallet" refers to the BDT-denominated balance held within a player's ok44 Account, comprising both real-money balance and any applicable bonus balance.
• "Bet" or "Wager" refers to any financial stake placed on a sports event, casino game, crash game, or slot game through the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit credits credited to a player's Account under a current promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the exclusive currency used on the ok44 Platform.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures applied to player accounts.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By registering an Account with ok44, depositing funds, placing a Bet, or otherwise accessing the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand their contents, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

2.2 These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by any additional rules, game-specific rules, and promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of conflict, the more specific document shall prevail over the more general document, and these Terms shall prevail over any promotional communication.

2.3 ok44 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications become effective upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2.4 If you do not agree to these Terms or any subsequent modification, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and to close your Account. Active open bets placed before the date of modification shall be settled under the Terms that were in force at the time the bet was placed.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement. The ok44 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. ok44 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

3.2 One Account Per Player. Each individual may register and maintain only one ok44 Account. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. ok44 uses technical and manual checks to detect duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, ok44 reserves the right to close all but the oldest Account, void all Bets placed across duplicate Accounts, and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.3 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your NID, your date of birth, a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. ok44 is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate registration details, including failed withdrawals caused by mismatched payment information.

3.4 Geographic Eligibility. ok44 currently accepts players who are physically located in Bangladesh and hold a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited are solely responsible for determining the legality of their participation. ok44 makes no representation that access to the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.

3.5 KYC Verification. ok44 may require any player to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or upon a significant increase in account activity. KYC documents may include a copy of a valid NID or passport, a selfie holding the document, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits or withdrawals. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by ok44 may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

4. Account Management and Security

4.1 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ok44 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access your Account, or use any third party's Account.

4.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify ok44 immediately by emailing [email protected] if you become aware or suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization. ok44 will investigate all such reports but cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access where those losses are attributable to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4.3 Account Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting ok44 support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Wallet will be returned via your most recently used payment method subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.

4.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered inactive. ok44 reserves the right to charge an administrative maintenance fee of ৳100 per month on inactive Accounts once the inactivity period has been reached, deducted from any remaining real-money balance. Players will be notified by email before any such fee is applied. If an Account balance reaches zero, the Account will be closed. No fees are applied to Accounts where the player has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming provisions.

4.5 Account Suspension. ok44 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account, withhold any balance, and void any open Bets if we reasonably suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, use of automated betting software, bonus abuse, or any other conduct that is detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ok44 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. ok44 does not accept international credit cards, debit cards, cryptocurrency, or any foreign-currency payment method. The available payment methods may change from time to time at ok44's discretion.

5.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit set by ok44, though individual mobile wallet operators and banks impose their own transaction limits which you are responsible for managing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your ok44 Wallet within seconds of the mobile wallet transaction confirming, subject to network availability. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to reflect. ok44 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.3 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed by ok44 within 15 to 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad, and within 2 to 4 hours for bank transfers, subject to completion of any required KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the ok44 Account holder. ok44 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. ok44 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal request.

5.4 Withdrawal of Bonus-Derived Funds

Any balance derived from Bonus Funds is subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement before it becomes eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw before satisfying the Wagering Requirement will result in the bonus and bonus-derived winnings being removed from the balance, with only the remaining real-money balance (if any) being released for withdrawal.

5.5 Suspicious Transactions

ok44 is committed to preventing money laundering and financial fraud. Any deposit or withdrawal pattern that appears inconsistent with normal gaming activity may be flagged for review. ok44 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reverse transactions pending investigation. Players found to have used the ok44 Platform for money laundering or any form of financial fraud will have their Accounts permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and the matter referred to the relevant authorities.

6. Betting Rules and Settlement

6.1 Bet Acceptance. All Bets placed on ok44 are subject to acceptance by ok44's betting system. ok44 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any Bet at its sole discretion, including Bets placed after an event has started, Bets placed on markets that were suspended at the time of placement, or Bets that exploit a manifest pricing error.

6.2 Manifest Errors. Where a Bet is accepted at odds that were published in error — whether due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure — ok44 reserves the right to void the affected Bet and return the stake to the player's Wallet. ok44 is not obliged to honour Bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds.

6.3 In-Play Betting. Bets placed during a live event (in-play Bets) are accepted subject to the state of play at the time the Bet is confirmed by ok44's system. Players acknowledge that a brief delay exists between real-world events and the in-play betting interface. Bets placed after a key match event (goal, wicket, over, etc.) that was already confirmed in the data feed at the time of placement may be voided at ok44's discretion.

6.4 Settlement. ok44 will settle sports Bets in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body — including ICC, BCB, BPL, and FIFA — as soon as reasonably practicable following the conclusion of the event. Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed, Bets will be settled according to the specific rules published for that sport and market.

6.5 Disputes. Any dispute regarding the settlement of a Bet must be raised with ok44 support within 7 days of the Bet being settled. Disputes raised after this period may not be reviewed. ok44's decision on all Bet settlement disputes, made after good-faith review of available evidence, shall be final.

7. Casino and Game Rules

7.1 All casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, and slot games available on ok44 are provided by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Play'n GO. Each game is governed by the individual game provider's rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

7.2 Return to Player (RTP). ok44 works exclusively with game providers whose titles carry independently certified RTP rates. The published RTP for any game represents the theoretical long-run return and does not guarantee any specific result in any individual session or number of spins.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, server disruption, or disconnection during an active game round, the round may be voided and the stake returned to the player's Wallet. ok44 is not liable for any alleged winnings that cannot be verified by the game server logs. Game outcomes determined and recorded by the game server before a disconnection event are final.

7.4 Crash Games. Crash games — including Aviator by Spribe and ok44's Mines Grand — involve a multiplier that can end at any point. Players must cash out before the crash event occurs to secure winnings. Failure to cash out before the crash results in loss of the placed stake. The outcome of each crash game round is determined by a provably fair algorithm independent of ok44's control.

8. Bonuses and Promotions

8.1 ok44 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, Wagering Requirements, maximum bet limits during wagering, and expiry dates.

8.2 General Bonus Conditions. Unless the specific promotion states otherwise: (a) bonuses are available to one Account per player, household, device, and payment method; (b) Bonus Funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any withdrawal is processed; (c) only Bets placed with real-money funds count toward Wagering Requirements unless the promotion expressly states otherwise; (d) certain games — including but not limited to live casino tables and some crash games — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward Wagering Requirements.

8.3 Maximum Bet During Wagering. While a Wagering Requirement is active on an Account, the maximum single Bet that may be placed is ৳1,000 or the equivalent stake limit stated in the applicable promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit during an active wagering period may be voided and any associated winnings removed.

8.4 Bonus Abuse. ok44 monitors accounts for patterns of play that constitute bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to satisfy Wagering Requirements with minimal risk, placing opposing Bets across multiple Accounts, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play. ok44 reserves the right to withdraw bonuses, void Bets, and close Accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

8.5 Expiry. Bonus Funds and any associated Wagering Requirements expire within the timeframe stated in each promotion. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from the Wallet. ok44 is not obligated to provide notification before expiry unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

9. Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ok44 and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place Bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, data feed delays, or system errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players, including sharing information about in-play events not yet reflected in live odds.
• Match fixing, spot fixing, or any conduct that undermines the integrity of a sporting event.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Opening multiple Accounts or allowing another person to open an Account on your behalf to claim additional bonuses.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Any conduct that harasses, abuses, or threatens ok44 staff or other players.

10. Responsible Gaming

10.1 ok44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players manage their gambling activity. ok44 enforces a minimum age of 21 and encourages all players to treat gambling as entertainment, not as a source of income.

10.2 Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits from their Account settings at any time. Requests to reduce limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.

10.3 Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which their Account will be suspended from placing Bets or making deposits. Players who wish to permanently stop gambling on ok44 may request self-exclusion, which results in permanent Account closure. Self-exclusion requests must be made by emailing [email protected].

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 All content on the ok44 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, data compilations, and software — is the property of ok44 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any Platform content; modify or create derivative works; reverse-engineer any software; or use any data mining, scraping, or similar data-extraction tools on the Platform.

11.3 The ok44 name, logo, and brand identity are trademarks of ok44. Unauthorised use of ok44 trademarks is prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ok44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

12.2 ok44's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 ok44 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the Platform at their own risk.

12.4 ok44 accepts no liability for losses caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party payment provider failures, acts of government, natural disasters, or force majeure events.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

13.1 ok44 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

13.2 ok44 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, game providers, and KYC verification services to the extent necessary to operate your Account and comply with legal obligations.

13.3 All data transmitted between your device and the ok44 Platform is encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology. ok44 applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or destruction.

14. Amendments to These Terms

14.1 ok44 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where a change is material, ok44 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email or an in-platform notification.

14.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

15.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the ok44 Platform. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ok44's internal complaints process shall be subject to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitrator.

15.2 Complaints Process. Players who have a complaint about ok44's services must first contact ok44 support by email at [email protected], providing a detailed description of the complaint. ok44 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and aim to resolve all complaints within 5 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved within 5 business days, ok44 will provide a written explanation of the delay and an estimated resolution date.

15.3 Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law in Bangladesh that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
